Tars enters all the RSGB contests
In addition TARS holds its own internal Awards for Members.
160 through to VHF, all modes with some 15 Awards

The yearly RSGB 80CC and Autumn series
TARS is one of the Top clubs in the country

Any member interested in participating can use this robot to keep track of their scores.
it will show your scores for each award and save a lot of manul searching of your log.


Contest are a great way to improve your operating skill and collect points for these awards. It is recomended you upload your log to the robot frequently to see how you are progressing

A list of the main contessts for the coming 3 months is available to help you select which ones to listen to and get your contacts from. .

Slow Morse Transmissions: Tuesday evenings starting at 1930 local time. Current speed is about 14 wpm but can be altered to suit listeners. Listen on 3.545 +-, with talkback on S23 (145.575MHz.) Content is plain language with sections taken from the internet, books etc, and machine sent to ensure perfect morse.

 


The club has radio equipment at HQ which members are encouraged to use on club nights
